Banana vanilla shells filled with banana pudding buttercream and banana white chocolate ganache, rolled in crushed vanilla wafers
These are shelf stable, but are best kept refrigerated. For best texture, remove from refrigerator 5-10 minutes prior to eating.
Consume or freeze (for up to a month) within 5 days of *purchase* (both pick-up and shipped).
Ingredients
Shells: Almond flour, powdered sugar (sugar, cornstarch), egg whites, granulated sugar, freeze dried bananas, banana pudding mix (sugar, dextrose, modified cornstarch, contains less than 2% pyrophosphate, salt, artificial color, mono- and diglycerides, natural and artificial flavor, yellow 5, yellow 6), vanilla extract, cream of tartar, yellow 5
Buttercream filling: Butter, powdered sugar (sugar, cornstarch), cream, banana pudding mix (sugar, dextrose, modified cornstarch, contains less than 2% pyrophosphate, salt, artificial color, mono- and diglycerides, natural and artificial flavor, yellow 5, yellow 6), vanilla extract
Ganache filling: White chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, milk, skim milk, soy lecithin (emulsifier), artificial flavor), cream, freeze dried bananas, banana pudding mix (sugar, dextrose, modified cornstarch, contains less than 2% pyrophosphate, salt, artificial color, mono- and diglycerides, natural and artificial flavor, yellow 5, yellow 6)
Rolled in vanilla wafers (enriched flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), sugar, vegetable oil (palm oil, high oleic canola, high oleic sunflower and/or soybean oil), contains less than 2% of salt, whey, eggs, natural and artificial flavors, baking soda, soy lecithin (emulsifier))
